When Edge Charter School required a total renovation of their 14,000 square foot facility over the summer vacation months, they chose BFL Construction to manage the fast-track project. The project was completed within budget and on time so it was open for the first day of school.

This alternative high school offers a supportive setting for students in grades 9-12 who are struggling in a regular setting. It includes a classroom, library, admin area, and a large group education/training area. The project was designed and built using the energy guidelines of the U.S. Green Building Council. This project was developed by BFL Ventures via its financial entity, Flowing Wells LLC.

This Pima JTED (Joint Technical Education District) facility is located at a major regional innovation park in Tucson. It was designed as a high school that does not look or feel like a traditional school. The facility has a high-tech appearance while still being a comfortable and engaging learning environment. This 50,000 SF facility provides classrooms for programs such as Culinary Arts, Mechatronics, Robotics, Aviation, Health Care, and 3-D Animation. In addition, the facility provides traditional classroom environments to enable partnering with local school districts for providing STEM classes at the same facility. The site features solar-panel covered parking.
