Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) is a qualifications-based selection process and provides construction management services for both the preconstruction and construction phases.

Through BFL Ventures, LLC, BFL Construction offers real estate development and investment services including build-to-suit for lease or sale. This unique service allows BFL to offer creative solutions for users looking to leverage their capital.  BFL Ventures can finance the construction of a new building in exchange for either a long-term capital lease — whereby the user leases to own — or by traditional long-term leasehold. BFL Ventures also offers joint venture opportunities with other developers for similar build-to-suit projects.

Design/build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – the design/build team – works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. This is an inclusive contract that involves one entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion.

BFL Construction has successfully managed tenant improvements of over three million square feet in both new and occupied buildings in Arizona. We are experts in working within the confined area of finished spaces that involve other tenants or landlord operations.
