Cope Community Services, a behavioral health provider in Tucson, developed this innovative, low-income, rent-to-own community with financing obtained from HUD's tax credit program. The project consists of 60 wood-frame housing units constructed in a condominum arrangement. The complex offers 1,200-SF units with two bedrooms, 1,435-SF units with three bedrooms, and 1,650-SF units with four bedrooms. The property includes two community buildings, a day care center, and a pool.
